This Cookie Policy explains how Mariza Katsantoni, trading as BIGG AI / Messagio ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website messagio.app and the admin dashboard. It complements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
We use cookies in compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as transposed into Greek Law 3471/2006. Non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent via our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in our footer.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local/session storage, pixels, and SDKs that achieve similar purposes. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Service to function (authentication, security, load balancing, CSRF protection, remembering your cookie choices). These are set without consent as permitted by Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.
- Functional — remember preferences (theme/dark mode, language, last-visited page). Set only with your consent.

- Marketing — currently we do not set advertising or retargeting cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent requested.

- Strictly necessary cookies: Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive exemption; our legitimate interest in operating a secure Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
